For over 30 years I delivered software for large corporations and start-ups. Over and over again, I found that the same few issues seemed to always get in the way of producing software rapidly and effectively.
In 2004 I incorporated AJ Pugliese & Associates with the mission to enable enterprise companies to deliver software that will exceed their customers' expectations.
Together with my colleagues, I want to transform development organizations into teams with fluid communication, solid team pride, and teams with the wisdom to effectively deal with change.
At the same time, I want to enable large companies to apply tools, techniques and methods to develop software iteratively.
In this way, I believe, we can give large companies the foundation to deliver not only what a customer wants but also what a customer must have to be a leader in their domain.
